About Sundance Cloggers

The Sundance Cloggers originated with the amalgamation of the Night Owl Cloggers and the Gotta Dance Cloggers in September of 2002. The club has been growing in popularity since that time.

A new Beginner Class is offered every year in September and often in January as well. Classes are also offered at three other levels: Easy Intermediate, Intermediate, and Intermediate Plus. Each class is one hour in length.

All classes for the Sundance Cloggers are currently being taught at the Norberry-Glenlee Community Centre, 26 Molgat Ave., Winnipeg and at the St.Mary's Road United Church, 613 St.Mary's Rd., Winnipeg.

The Sundance Cloggers' motto is “dancing for fun and fitness”. The clogging program is designed to provide exercise (physical and mental) to all ages, male and female. A friendly and supportive atmosphere in the club adds to the enjoyment of the clogging.

The Sundance Cloggers participate in demonstrations for special events held throughout Winnipeg. For enquiries in this regard, the contact person is the instructor, Phyllis Bailey at (204) 261-6943.
