Phyllis Bailey is the Instructor for Sundance Cloggers. She teaches four levels of clogging - Beginner, Easy Intermediate, Intermediate and Intermediate Plus and currently conducts her classes at the Norberry-Glenlee Community Centre, 26 Molgat Ave., Winnipeg and at St.Mary's Road United Church, 613 St.Mary's Rd., Winnipeg.

Phyllis began clogging in 1993 as a Beginner clogger with the Red River Cloggers. In 1998 , she became a new instructor for the Night Owl Cloggers. In 1999, she started a second club called the Gotta Dance Cloggers. In September, 2002, these two clubs were amalgamated to become the Sundance Cloggers.

Phyllis loves the dance form of ‘clogging’ and loves even more the opportunity to share this form of dance with others.

Phyllis manages to incorporate many types of music into the different level dance programs, which includes celtic, pop, folk, rock, swing and country music.
